1 cup steel-cut oats
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup dried apricots, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
4 cups water
1/2 cup half and half
- In a slow cooker, combine all ingredients and set to low heat.
- Cover and let cook 8-9 hours.
- Stir in 1/4 to 1/3 cup brown sugar and serve in bowls.
- I like to top it with cut up fresh fruit
