10-12 egg whites
Beat until stiff.
Add 2 cups sugar gradually and beat for 15 minutes.
Add 1 Tbsp. vinegar, 1 tsp. vanilla and a dash of salt.
Beat another 15 minutes.
Have oven pre-heated to 500
Place in 9×13 pan and put in oven. Then turn oven off. Don’t remove until oven is cool.
Serve with fresh strawberries and whipped cream.
